Warranty and Return Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Products not eligible for return:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines).

Intimate or sanitary products.

Hazardous materials.
-
Flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items:

Gift cards.

Downloadable software.

Some health and personal care items.
To process a return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase. Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds (where applicable):

Books with obvious signs of use.

CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or incomplete due to causes beyond the control of Smart Vents.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received the item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within an estimated few business days.
Late or missing refunds:

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (where applicable): We only replace defective or damaged items. To exchange the same item, please email smartvents@outlook.es and return the product to: Chaussée de Marenne 113, Marche-en-Famenne, 6900, Belgium.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping: To return your product, you must ship it according to the instructions we provide, along with an address.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
